Dr Lee Lip Seng obtained his medical degree from the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He completed his specialist surgery training at both Changi General Hospital and Singapore General Hospital, where he honed his skills and knowledge in complex surgical procedures.

Dr Lee was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship Award. This prestigious award enabled him to undertake a year of clinical fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Surgery for Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery at Yonsei Severance Hospital in Seoul, Korea, from 2015 to 2016.
