Dr Pearlie Tan founded Pearl Plastic Surgery, Laser & Scar Clinic in Singapore and now serves as President of the Singapore Society of Cosmetic (Aesthetic) Surgeons for the 2026–2028 term. She holds an MBBS from Barts and The London School of Medicine, an MRCS (Edinburgh), and an MMed from the National University of Singapore, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, in Plastic Surgery. Before entering private practice, she headed the Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery Service at Sengkang General Hospital.

Her expertise spans facial procedures such as facelifts, eyelid surgery, and facial contouring; breast surgery including augmentation, lift, and reduction; and body contouring. She also brings particular strength in scar treatment, having set up the Laser & Scar Centre at Singapore General Hospital. Dr Tan combines surgical techniques with non-surgical modalities and has earned several patient-care awards, including the Healthcare Humanity Award and the SingHealth Quality Service Award, for her attentive, patient-focused approach.
