Dr Lau Kai Poh has practiced as a Consultant in Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgery at Regency Specialist Hospital since its opening in November 2008. He earned his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal (1993), followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine from Edith Cowan University, Australia (1999), and a Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics) from the National University of Malaysia in 2002. He also became a Certified Independent Medical Assessor in 2005. Dr Lau treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, sports injuries, and joint replacements, and conducts both knee and hip replacement surgeries with a patient-centered approach.
