Dato’ Dr Ryan Ponnudurai practises as a Consultant Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist at Prince Court Medical Centre and Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur. He earned his medical degree in Ireland before completing internal medicine training at Cleveland Clinic and fellowships in gastroenterology and advanced endoscopy in the USA, Canada, and Germany. Dr Ryan pioneered endoscopic ultrasound services in Malaysia and continues to lead regional initiatives such as the Gastrointestinal Taskforce Asia Pacific Society. He performs complex procedures including ERCP, endoscopic ultrasound, and therapeutic endoscopy while advocating for patient education and clinical excellence.
