Dr Tan Yih Kai is a Senior Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon with over 25 years of experience in both open and minimally invasive procedures. He earned his medical degree from the University of Queensland and completed advanced vascular training in the UK and Australia. As Director of Vascular Services at Changi General Hospital, he played a key role in developing its vascular and wound care programs, including the creation of the CGH Wound Healing Centre. A Certified Wound Specialist Physician, he also initiated the annual CGH Wound Symposium and contributed to international wound care guidelines.
