Dr Desmond Ooi Guo Shen is a Senior Consultant in General Surgery with a subspecialty in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. He focuses on treating varicose veins, diabetic foot disease, DVT, and aortic and carotid conditions. He completed his medical degree at the University of Southampton in 2005 and earned his fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2015. At Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, he helped establish the vascular department and launched the Diabetic Foot Service through a Public Health Grant.
