Dr Tay Eileen
Dr Eileen Tay is a orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow procedures in Singapore. Previously the Head of Division for Shoulder and Elbow at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Dr. Tay earned her MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 2005, later becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2014. Her clinical expertise was refined through prestigious international fellowships, including specialized shoulder training at Hôpital de La Tour in Switzerland and advanced elbow surgery at Arkus Sportklinik in Germany.
Beyond her clinical practice, she is a dedicated educator, formerly serving as Associate Program Director for the NUHS Orthopaedic Residency Program and a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, where she was honored with the 2019 Best Teacher award. Her practice encompasses complex joint replacements, arthroscopies, and the management of sports-related ligament injuries.
