Dr Chong Xue Ling is a dual fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon accredited by Singapore’s Ministry of Health. She is the only surgeon in Singapore with formal training in both foot and ankle, and shoulder and elbow surgery. After earning her medical degree from the National University of Singapore, she completed her Master of Medicine in Orthopaedic Surgery and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She then advanced her skills in Switzerland and Spain, where she specialised in minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques. Beyond clinical work, Dr Chong actively leads humanitarian missions to support surgeons working in conflict zones.
