Dr Leong Kui Toh Gerard is a cardiologist with extensive training and clinical expertise in heart failure, ischemic heart disease, and echocardiography. He obtained his MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 1994 and completed advanced fellowships at Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard Medical School affiliate) and the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. He also holds a Diplomate certification in echocardiography from the U.S. National Board of Echocardiography. Dr Leong led the Heart Failure Program at Changi General Hospital from 2006 to 2017, earning multiple international accreditations. Since 2020, he has been practicing at Gerard Leong Cardiology Clinic and joined Straits Specialists Clinic at Mount Alvernia Hospital in 2023.
