Dr Leon Foo Siang Shen focuses on hip, knee, and shoulder arthritis, joint replacement, and orthopaedic oncology. He earned his medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 1999 and completed advanced training in Germany and the USA under a Ministry of Health scholarship. He held consultant roles at Singapore General Hospital and contributed to cancer care as part of multidisciplinary teams at several institutions. Dr Foo teaches actively at local medical schools, trains future specialists, and shares his expertise at international conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
