Dr James Tan Chung Hui specializes in sports injuries affecting the knee, shoulder, and elbow joints. He treats patients using advanced techniques such as arthroscopy, joint reconstruction, and tendon transfers. After earning his medical degree and Master’s in Orthopaedic Surgery from NUS, he trained under Professor Andreas Imhoff at the Technical University of Munich. Dr Tan also leads cutting-edge research in tissue engineering and works closely with scientists in Singapore and Germany. He actively teaches the next generation of doctors as an adjunct professor at local medical schools.
