Dr Baldev Singh graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Singapore. He gained broad clinical experience across departments including Accident and Emergency, Otolaryngology, Paediatrics, and Anaesthesia at Singapore General Hospital. He later served as a trainee lecturer in the University Department of Medicine and earned his Master of Medicine from the School of Postgraduate Medical Studies. Dr Singh went on to receive Membership of the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh, and completed a cardiology attachment at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
