Prof Eu Kong Weng is a senior colorectal surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, with over 25 years of experience in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted colorectal surgery. He previously led the Department of Colorectal Surgery at Singapore General Hospital (SGH) for eight years and directed SGH’s pioneering Robotics-Assisted Laparoscopic Surgery Project. Prof Eu has performed more than 600 laparoscopic and 50 robotic colorectal procedures, making him one of Singapore’s most experienced surgeons in this field.
