Dr Wong Te Ching Mark is the Medical Director and Senior Consultant Surgeon at Mark Wong Surgery. He spent over 15 years at Singapore General Hospital’s Department of Colorectal Surgery, where he focused on minimally invasive colorectal cancer surgery, endoscopy, and treating functional bowel disorders. He completed Ministry of Health–sponsored fellowships in France and Denmark, specialising in colorectal and pelvic floor disorders. Upon returning, he established and led Singapore’s first multidisciplinary Pelvic Floor Disorders Service. He later directed the SGH Gastrointestinal Function Unit, advancing care for complex GI conditions.
