Dr Rachel Teo specialises in kidney transplantation and treats patients with chronic kidney disease and those requiring dialysis. She earned her BMedSc and MBBS (Hons) from the University of Sydney, receiving the International Merit Scholarship for academic excellence. Dr Teo completed her training in general and renal medicine and gained extensive transplant experience while working in major Sydney hospitals. At the National University Hospital in Singapore, she led the deceased donor kidney transplantation programme and provided care to both pre- and post-transplant patients. Dr Teo actively contributes to kidney transplant research, publishes in peer-reviewed journals, and serves as a reviewer for international transplant publications.
