Dr Pauleon Tan Enjiu treats both general surgical conditions and colorectal diseases with a focus on minimally invasive techniques. He regularly performs endoscopic procedures (gastroscopy and colonoscopy) and advanced endoscopic resections such as Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD). He specializes in colorectal surgery and has treated many patients with colon, rectal, and anal conditions using both open and laparoscopic (minimally invasive) approaches. During his training in Japan, Dr Tan honed the D3 colorectal resection technique, which allows him to retrieve more lymph nodes during cancer surgery for better outcomes.
