Dr Paul Ling Kah Hing is a Consultant Cardiologist and Internal Medicine specialist at Regency Specialist Hospital. He earned his Bachelor of Medical Sciences with First Class Honours in 1995 and completed his MBBS in 1997 at the University of Nottingham. He became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (London) in 2000 and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh) in 2007.
