Dr Ng Chee Yung, a specialist colorectal surgeon, brings expertise in advanced minimally invasive procedures such as robotic surgery, colonic stenting, and transanal techniques. He previously served as Senior Consultant at Singapore General Hospital and Consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. As President of the Society of Colorectal Surgeons Singapore from 2019 to 2021, he led key initiatives to advance the field. Widely respected as a trainer and educator in robotic colorectal surgery, Dr Ng became the first Singaporean to perform a live robotic surgery demonstration at an international conference.
