Dr. Gerald Tan Yau Min specializes in minimally invasive and robotic urologic surgery at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, focusing on prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers. He has performed over 1,500 robotic radical prostatectomies and was among the first in Singapore to carry out robotic partial nephrectomies and radical cystectomies. Dr. Tan leads complex cancer and reconstructive pelvic surgeries using advanced laparoscopic and robotic techniques. Before moving to private practice, he led the Robotic Urology Task Force at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and developed the institution’s care pathway for robotic prostatectomy.
