Dr Christina Ng Wei Khee
Dr Christina Ng Wei Khee is a Consultant Ophthalmologist, Cataract and Refractive Surgeon at Regency Specialist Hospital in Malaysia.
She has been in the ophthalmology field for more than 13 years. She completed her post graduate training in Doctor of Ophthalmology (UKM) and passed the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) Examinations. She was in the Dean’s List for Phase I of the Medical Programme, 2007, during her undergraduate studies in International Medical University. Apart from academy, she received Excellent Service Award “Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC)” by Ministry of Health, Malaysia in 2019.
Dr Christina is currently an active member of International Society of Refractive Surgery (ISRS). She is also the life member of Academy of Medicine Malaysia (AMM) and Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology (MSO). She has volunteered herself for performing cataract surgeries during Cataract Camp organized by various government hospitals.
Before joining Regency Specialist Hospital, Dr Christina dedicated herself to training and mentoring junior eye doctors especially teaching eye-related knowledges and various skills and techniques of cataract surgery. She was the supervisor of Postgraduate trainee in Master Programme of Ophthalmology. Apart from this, she was the person-in-charge of administrative work in eye surgery and surgical equipment, ensuring smooth and safe surgical flow in the department.
