A/Prof Tan Ker Kan is a colorectal surgeon specializing in minimally invasive techniques for colorectal cancer. He graduated from the National University of Singapore and earned his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. The Ministry of Health, Singapore, accredited him as a General Surgery specialist in the same year. He completed fellowship training at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, where he trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery and complex pelvic procedures. To date, he has performed over 1,500 abdominal surgeries.
