Dr. Anand Sachithanandan is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon practicing at Sunway and Subang Jaya Medical Centres, where he specializes in both cardiac and thoracic operations. He earned his MB BCh BAO from Dublin and completed advanced fellowships and fellowships from prestigious colleges in the UK and the USA. He co-founded Lung Cancer Network Malaysia and pioneered LDCT lung cancer screening enhanced by AI, reflecting his dedication to early detection and multidisciplinary care. In addition to his surgical practice, he serves as an adjunct and clinical professor at leading Malaysian universities and leads advanced life-support training programs.
