Dr Lee Lip Seng is a Senior Consultant in General Surgery with a subspecialty in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Surgery. He focuses on minimally invasive and robotic procedures for liver, pancreas, bile duct, and gallstone diseases. As former Director of the HPB Service at Changi General Hospital, he played a key role in advancing the hospital’s minimally invasive and robotic HPB capabilities. Dr Lee also contributes actively to surgical education, serving as faculty at Duke-NUS, NUS Yong Loo Lin, and LKC School of Medicine. He continues to train other specialist surgeons in advanced laparoscopic and robotic HPB surgery.
