Dr Tan Kia Lean is a highly regarded vascular & endovascular surgeon in Malaysia, recognised for his commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centred care. He completed his medical degree at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education in India, followed by a Master of General Surgery at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
