Vincent Pua joined Great Eastern Life in 1999 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Group Manager in 2002 and Senior Group Manager by 2018. A consistent top performer, he has achieved 19 MDRT qualifications, including 3 COT and 3 TOT sessions. Vincent has earned the prestigious Great Eastern Million Organization Award for 20 consecutive years and recently received the 2024 GSPC Diamond Award for surpassing 1.5 million yuan in personal sales. As a dedicated leader, he has also mentored multiple managers, with five direct and three indirect group managers under his guidance.
