Prof Chou Ning leads CHOU Neuroscience Clinic as a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon and Director. He brings extensive expertise in tumor surgery, vascular and pediatric neurosurgery, and complex spine procedures. Over his career, he has refined techniques like the retrosigmoid approach for tumor resection and revived ECIC bypass surgery for cerebral ischemia. Before entering private practice, he served in senior roles across major public hospitals and taught at the National University Hospital. His clinical leadership and academic contributions continue to shape neurosurgical practice in Singapore.
