Dr Watt Wing Fong is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with extensive experience in managing medical disorders in pregnancy and providing comprehensive peripartum care.

She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 1994 and obtained her postgraduate qualification from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK) in 1998.

She later completed advanced specialty training at Kandang Kerbau Hospital, where she received the Young Investigator Award at the institution’s Annual Scientific Meeting in 1999. In 2002, she attained Specialist Accreditation with the Ministry of Health Singapore and the Singapore Medical Council.

Her professional portfolio includes clinical teaching at the National University of Singapore and training for MRCOG candidates. Dr Watt has played a key role in developing labour ward protocols, documentation standards, and nurse training initiatives. She is also active in public education through talks and media engagement.

She is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and a member of the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Singapore, the Society for Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore, and the Singapore Medical Association.

Over the course of her career, Dr Watt has been recognised for her commitment to patient care, receiving accolades such as the Service from the Heart Award from KK Hospital and the Service Star Award from Raffles Hospital.
