Dr. Vijayavel Vadiveloo is a Consultant Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, and Gynae Oncologist with over 20 years of experience in advanced gynaecological care, particularly in minimally invasive surgery and oncology. He obtained his MBBS from Manipal University in 1993 and completed his M.Med (O&G) at University of Malaya in 2001.

He further specialised in Gynae Oncology through a fellowship at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, UK, training under Dr. Jonathan Davies of the Beatson Cancer Centre. On returning to Malaysia, he led the development of the Gynae Oncology Unit at HTAR Klang and was recognised with the MOH’s Excellent Service Award in 2004.

Dr. Vijayavel is certified in advanced laparoscopic surgery (Level 4) and holds Master Certifications in Gynae Endoscopy and Deep Endometriosis Surgery from ESGE and ESHRE. He currently heads the Gynae Unit at KPJ Klang, practices at Damansara Specialist Hospital 2, and serves as a Visiting Consultant and Honorary Lecturer at University of Malaya.
