Dr Hoo Wee Liak (William) is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with specialist expertise in fertility and advanced minimal access (laparoscopic) surgery. After graduating with distinction from King’s College London in 2002, he completed his specialty training in London and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK) in 2012.

He holds an MD (Res) from University College London Hospital, where he conducted advanced research in the ultrasound diagnosis and surgical management of severe endometriosis. His extensive training includes subfertility and reproductive health, advanced gynaecological ultrasound, and laparoscopic surgery in both the UK and the US.

Dr Hoo previously served as a Consultant at King’s College Hospital London, one of the UK’s leading fertility centres. He is actively involved in research, academic publications, and the training of medical professionals. Now back in Malaysia under the TalentCorp Returning Expert Programme, Dr Hoo offers world-class care in fertility and women’s health.
