Dr Hoo Sing Nguang is a senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over four decades of experience in women’s health. He qualified as a doctor in 1977 and became a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology in 1984. In 1985, he established Hoo Specialist Maternity and Surgery, where he has been serving the community with dedicated private care ever since.

Dr Hoo is a member of the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK). In addition to his work at Hoo Specialist, he also serves as a visiting consultant at Regency Specialist Hospital in Johor.

With over 30 years of private practice, Dr Hoo has developed a deep expertise in managing all aspects of women’s health, from pregnancy and postnatal care to childbirth and gynaecological conditions.
