Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she is known for her patient-centred approach and deep expertise in managing complex fertility cases.

Dr Chan holds an MBBS from the University of Malaya and is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG, UK). She has completed advanced fellowships in Reproductive Medicine under the Ministry of Health Malaysia and in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility in Seoul, South Korea — equipping her with global expertise in IVF, ICSI, and hormonal disorders.
