Dr. Azani Mohamed Daud is a passionate cardiologist who focuses on preventing cardiovascular disease through early intervention and risk management. He graduated from Newcastle-upon-Tyne Medical School in 1986 and earned his MRCP in 1991 before returning to Malaysia in 1993. He actively promotes the use of both medication and technology to manage cardiovascular risk factors effectively. As President of the Malaysian Society of Hypertension, he launched a program to help primary care doctors adopt Home Blood Pressure Monitoring for better hypertension control.
