Clin Assoc Prof Sim Kheng Leng David leads the Department of Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS), where he also directs the Heart Failure Programme and Clinical Trials. He actively contributes to research as the National Leader for several global heart failure trials. With international training and academic roles, he brings deep expertise in heart failure management and care. He also serves as Clinical Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and Advisor to the Shastin National Heart Centre of Mongolia.
