Professor Davide Lomanto leads the way in minimally invasive and endolaparoscopic surgery, with over 20,000 surgeries performed since 1992. He focuses on helping patients recover faster, with fewer complications and less trauma, by using advanced technologies like robotic and 3D imaging systems. At the National University Hospital (NUH), he serves as Head of General Surgery, Director of the Minimally Invasive Surgical Centre and Hernia Centre, and Senior Consultant in both General and Paediatric Surgery. He also directs the NUS Khoo Teck Puat Advanced Surgery Training Centre.
