Dr Heng Siok Kheng is a senior Neonatologist and Consultant Paediatrician with over three decades of clinical experience. She graduated with an MBBS from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1987, obtained her postgraduate qualification in 1993, and later became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (United Kingdom). She is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and achieved Specialist Accreditation in Neonatology in 2011.

Before her current appointments at Thomson Medical Centre and Mt Alvernia Hospital, Dr Heng completed her paediatric training at the former Paediatric Department of Tan Tock Seng Hospital and subsequently at Kandang Kerbau Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Her clinical expertise covers newborn care, the management of common childhood illnesses, and the treatment of complex paediatric conditions requiring inpatient care.

With a strong interest in respiratory conditions and deep insight into Singapore’s evolving healthcare landscape over the past 30 years, she continues to refine her clinical practice to provide optimal patient care.
