Dr Benjamin Yip is a gastroenterologist and hepatologist at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore, with a focus on advanced endoscopy. He performs ERCP, EUS, SpyGlass cholangioscopy, deep enteroscopy, enteral dilation/stenting, and routine procedures like gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He trained in gastroenterology and hepatology at NUH and completed advanced endoscopy training in the UK under the Health Manpower Development Plan award. Dr Yip initiated the cholangioscopy service at KTPH and served as the only specialist performing both ERCP and EUS at NTFGH. With over 6,000 endoscopies performed since 2010, he has earned awards including the Alexandra Health Service Champion Award.
