Dr. Allen Sim brings over 18 years of dedicated experience as a compassionate and service-driven urologist. He led the Endourology and Fellowship programs at Singapore General Hospital for 15 years, where he managed a wide range of urological cases. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Sim relocated to Malaysia and played a key role in establishing Urology services at Gleneagles Medini Johor. He introduced the first Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system in Southern Malaysia and has since performed over 160 robotic procedures for both benign and malignant conditions.
