This E-commerce System (“System”) is provided to you by MCNAsia Agency Pte Ltd (“MCNAsia” or the “Company”) and its purpose is to facilitate your transactions with the Company. The System allows users to make payments for the selected health screening package (“Medical Services”).
MCNAsia reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the System or terminate the System at any time without notice.
MCNAsia also reserves the right to, and may at any time and from time to time, at its absolute discretion, change these terms and conditions for access and use.
Please note that the making and changing of appointments is subject to the availability of slots by the Medical Service provider.
Your access and use of this System and the Medical Services provided are subject to MCNAsia’s prices and to the fullest extent permissible by law; no requests for refunds will be entertained.
Acceptance of your payment via credit card is subject to the terms and conditions of MCNAsia’s acquiring bank.
Your order for Medical Services is confirmed upon: (i) your unconditional acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions; (ii) your payment on the System, where applicable, and (iii) MCNAsia’s acceptance of your order on the System or as may be notified to you. No changes will be allowed for confirmed purchases unless approval is obtained from MCNAsia.
You shall use the System for lawful and proper purposes only and shall, in any event, comply with all relevant laws and regulations in Singapore and in any jurisdiction from which you access the System. In particular, you agree not to:
manipulate any information supplied on the System in a manner that would lead to inaccurate, misleading or discriminatory presentation of information being displayed;
post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via the System which is or may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal;
use the System in a manner which causes or may cause an infringement of the rights of any other (including but not limited to MCNAsia and/or the Related Companies); and/or
use any software, routine or device to interfere or attempt to interfere electronically or manually with the operation or functionality of the System, including uploading or making available files containing corrupt data or viruses via any means whatsoever.
You agree that your access to, and use of, the content available through the System is on an “as is”, “as available” basis and MCNAsia disclaim any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any damages, losses and expenses or costs arising from or in connection with your accessing and/or using this System including but not limited to:
any failure of performance, system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, breach of security, computer virus, malicious code, corruption, delay in operation or transmission, transmission error or unavailability of access arising in the course of or in connection with your accessing and/or using this System;
your reliance on any information, materials, hyperlinks or online services provided; and/or
any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through the System, even if MCNAsia and/or the Related Companies had been advised as to the possibility of such damage.
The following shall apply to all orders for the Medical Services:
You must be at least 18 years of age
You declare that the information entered by you is accurate and correct
